Kathleen Fan is a Consultant Oral and Maxillofacial Surgeon at King's College Hospital, London and Queen Mary's Hospital Sidcup, and is also Honorary Senior Lecturer at King's College, London. Judith Jones is a Senior Clinical Lecturer and Honorary Consultant in Oral Surgery at Queen Mary University of London, Barts and The London School of Medicine and Dentistry.
