Learned a thing or two...

This is the first time that I have read something about Myofascial Release and I think this book has been so informative. It has given everything one needs to know about it. It even defined this in the book's description and was explained well in the book it self. Although it was a short read, I learned some new ideas from this book. I especially appreciate the ones about the pros and cons of self-healing Myofascial Release and the valuable tips. Educational and informative.

Surprisingly effective

This summary is very straightforward; no muss no fuss. Some diagrams would be beneficial, but you answer a lot of your own questions once you actually try the techniques. Does it make a difference? Certainly it did for me. Especially after a few sessions. It seemed to take awhile to really notice the change, but at one point I found that I could move my shoulder without it really hurting. Relief for sure!
